Travel shapes us all.

In 2018, with no sign of the Covid-19 pandemic on the horizon, I Ied a group of educators to The Kingdom of Bhutan for a professional learning trip, incidentally hitting a big milestone of travel; my 50th country.

I have travelled across the globe, learning about the richness and vastness of our global cultural landscape. Each country offers a masterclass of complexity into cultural insights. A lifetime can be spent exploring the richness of each place. World travel offers so many amazing opportunities, it opened my mind from my NZ suburban beginnings.

My travels have inspired and informed my work in Global Citizenship Education.
