Over the last twenty five years I have worked in education as a school practitioner and professional learning leader on global, national and regional levels. As a leader in professional learning. I have facilitated networks of schools with educators working on pedagogical change and school improvement, facilitated educators development of intercultural understanding both nationally and internationally and delivered professional learning in a range of contexts including face to face and digitally, including through social media.

My experience across my career has been varied, as I've moved from one role I feel passionate about to another. Before Australia, I spent 10 rewarding years working in start-ups in both the public and private sectors in Beijing, China and have worked in education in 6 countries around the globe. I am passionate about the way education shapes society and how we can truly engage the next generation to achieve their maximum potential through it.
